The History of our Temple 

Sri Subramaniam Temple was initiated at PUB quarters (Public Utilities Board) water works of Singapore stationed in JB (formerly known as Ladang Tebrau) , Most of the Malayalee workers of PUB works together with Estate's people to get the temple establish.Early day estates workers are given 4 days off to celebrate the Pannguni Uttira festival ,which was celebrated in a grant manner, approximately 2,000 peoples from the 5 division  ie: Adda Estate , Ladang Tebrau.
According to Mr.Chandran PIS,PPN former Temple Chairman and also was the MIC Tebrau branch Chairman during that days when Tebrau Estate was fragmented for development into Bandar Dato' Onn, the estate's 2 existing temples - the Sri Subramaniar Temple and the Devi Karumariamman Temple - were merged into a single temple named as Sri Subramaniar Alayam.
A 1/2 acre parcel of land was given, along with RM 120,000, by Johor Land (the
developers of Bandar Dato' Onn) to start work on this new temple. Piling work on the temple started
on May 12, 2006.
After completion of the temple works Maha Kumbhaabishegam pooja was performed on Oct 2003
